COME AND SEE PHIL'S CAMINO IN NYC
THE STORY
Phil is a devout Catholic who dreams of walking the Camino. The only problem is that he has stage 4 cancer, and gets chemotherapy every two weeks. Unable to travel to Spain, he does the next best thing: he builds his own Camino in his backyard and walks there, keeping track on a map of Spain.
Thursday December 28
Come and see this award winning 28 minute documentary film! We are honored to be the guests of the Francis Xavier Church in NYC and will screen PHIL'S CAMINO in the Mary Chapel at 55 W. 15th Street. Please arrive at 5:30 for introductions, welcome, and a blessing before watching the film together. Then Annie O'Neil, Director and Producer of PHIL'S CAMINO will host a Q&A. Annie was featured in the documentary WALKING THE CAMINO: SIX WAYS TO SANTIAGO and can answer questions about that, and about the Camino in general.
